Official Menu for the April 14 wine tasting: Brie with pepper jelly and rosemary crackers. Mussels with white wine and butter. Salmon with sorrel sauce. Double Lamb chop with mint sauce and minted peas. Raspberry Buckle with whipped cream. 362-4822 for reservations! See you there!
