STEAK Java Rubbed Flank Steak
Coffee, Coriander and brown sugar rubbed into a flank steak.  Char Grilled and served with BBQ onions

Peppered Delmonico
We proudly serve St. Helen’s Angus hand rubbed with garlic and freshly cracked peppercorns, cooked to your liking and served with today’s fresh vegetables and your choice of potato. Don’t like it hot? Try the same steak without the spice

A third pound burger rubbed with fresh ground coffee, brown sugar and coriander, grilled and covered with melted provolone and bbq sauce and our signature bacon.

Good Ol Burger
A third pound hand patted burger grilled with lettuce, tomato and onion.  Add some cheese and make it sing!
